Vatra is an information and learning tool. The app does not provide legal advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer or the relevant Ausländerbehörde.
Content (naturalisation requirements, document lists, test questions) is sourced from official authorities and is for general guidance only. For your individual situation, please consult the competent authority.
2. Eligibility
The app may be used by persons aged 16 and over. By using the app you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Vatra offers free core features and optional paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are billed through your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). The payment and refund terms of the respective store provider apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your store settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's policies.
4. Permitted use
The app may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing or commercial use of app content is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Devcode LTD endeavours to keep content accurate and up to date but makes no warranty. Legal changes may occur between updates.
Devcode LTD's liability is limited to wilful misconduct and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, notice will be given in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
